I personally rate the sensory properties, such as smell, flavour, appearance, etc., as very good. Anyone looking for a good dried oregano is in good hands in my opinion. What I also like is that it contains hardly any fines, which many manufacturers like to use as a tool to increase profits at the expense of valuable ingredients.

Die sensorischen Eigenschaften, wie Geruch, Geschmack, Optik etc. bewerte ich persönlich als sehr gut. Wer einen guten getrockneten Oregano sucht, ist meiner Meinung nach gut aufgehoben. Sonnentor's oregano comes from certified organic farming and is of very good quality. It has a beautiful colour and an intense aroma. The pieces are comparatively large and can be chopped even further. I use the spice mainly for my Italian sauces. Its taste really cannot be compared with cheap conventional oregano. After years of experience, I can recommend Sonnentor's oregano with a clear conscience and therefore give the product five stars. It is really worth investing in organically grown spices, even if they may cost a little more. The taste is clearly better, I only use these.

Das Oregano von Sonnentor stammt aus kontrolliert biologischem Anbau und ist von sehr guter Qualität. Es weist eine schöne Farbe und ein intensives Aroma auf. Die Stückchen sind vergleichsweise groß gehalten und lassen sich noch weiter zerkleinern. Ich verwende das Gewürz vorwiegend für meine italienischen Saucen. Sein Geschmack ist mit billigem konventionellem Oregano wirklich nicht zu vergleichen. Nach jahrelanger Erfahrung kann ich das Oregano von Sonnentor mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und gebe dem Produkt daher fünf Sterne. Es lohnt sich wirklich in biologisch angebaute Gewürze zu investieren, auch wenn sie vielleicht etwas mehr kosten. Der Geschmack ist deutlich besser, ich verwende ausschließlich diese.

I have been convinced of Sonnentor spices for years. They are simply unsurpassed in taste and quality and cannot be compared with the products from the normal shop. The price is also great. I use oregano a lot because I like to cook Italian food. The spice is only coarsely chopped and highly aromatic. It makes pizza, pasta sauces and casseroles a real treat, because it's the quality of the ingredients that counts. I can really only recommend everyone to try organic spices. The difference is enormous and only very few people will go back afterwards.

Von den Gewürzen der Firma Sonnentor bin ich seit Jahren überzeugt. In Geschmack und Qualität sind sie einfach unübertroffen und nicht mit den Produkten aus dem normalen Laden zu vergleichen. Auch der Preis ist spitze. Gerade Oregano verwende ich häufig, da ich gerne italienisch koche. Das Gewürz ist nur grob zerkleinert und hoch aromatisch. So werden Pizza, Pastasaucen und Aufläufe zum Genuss, denn auf die Qualität der Zutaten kommt es an. Ich kann wirklich jedem nur empfehlen, es einmal mit Gewürzen aus biologischem Anbau zu versuchen. Der Unterschied ist enorm und nur die wenigsten Menschen werden danach wieder zurück gehen.

The oregano has a distinct, good smell and taste. What I particularly like about it is that apparently only the leaves and no stems are used. At least I haven't noticed any stem pieces yet, even though the herb is only relatively coarsely chopped. Just the way I like it.

Der Oregano hat einen ausgeprägten, guten Geruch und Geschmack. Besonders gefällt mir an ihm, dass anscheinend nur die Blätter und keine Stengel verwendet werden.
