We use it for various food preparations, e.g. curd cheese with herbs and linseed oil, cucumber salad, roast venison dishes with sauce and dried mushrooms, omelettes, etc. The quality is right, which is why we also order other spices from Sonnentor and have always been satisfied.

Wird bei uns zu verschiedensten Essenszubereitungen genutzt bspw. Quark mit Kräutern und Leinöl, Gurkensalat, Wildbratengerichte an die Soße mit Trockenpilzen, Omeletts usw. Qualität stimmt, deshalb bestellen wir auch andere Gewürze von Sonnentor und waren bisher immer zufrieden.
