: Review date:I drink dandelion tea not because it tastes so great ;-) but because of its protective function. In recent years, I have often noticed in everyday life that my immune system is under severe attack. Dandelion is not a miracle cure, but I think it helps a little (together with pine needle oil). It even tastes good with a dash of grape juice :-) but you have to drink it immediately, otherwise it becomes tart anyway.
Ich trinke den Löwenzahntee nicht, weil er so toll schmecken würde ;-) sondern wegen seiner Schutzfunktion. In den letzten Jahren merke ich im Alltag oft, dass mein Immunsystem stark angegriffen wird. Der Löwenzahn ist da auch kein Wundermittel, aber ich glaube, er hilft mir ein bisschen (zusammen mit Kiefernadelöl). Mit einem Schuss Traubensaft schmeckt er sogar ganz gut :-) aber man muss ihn schon sofort trinken, sonst wird er trotzdem herb.
