Application:
Preparation: Stir 1 tablespoon of Organic Curcuma Latte Ginger (about 2 g) into 250 ml vegetable drink or milk, heat up and sweeten to taste.
Preparation according to Ayurveda (Golden Milk): Stir 1 teaspoon of curcuma paste* in 250 ml vegetable drink or milk and heat up, simmer over medium heat for 4-5 min. Refine with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and sweeten to taste.
*Curcuma paste: Combine 1 heaped tablespoon of Organic Curcuma Latte Ginger (about 8 g) with 30 ml of water, stir and bring to a simmer until a paste is formed. Keep the paste refrigerated.

: Review date:When I meet up with my best friend, a delicious latte macchiato or a chai latte is simply a must. When I discovered the turmeric latte at Violey, I knew immediately that we absolutely had to try it. I decided on the vanilla version because we like it rather sweet. We first frothed the milk warm and then mixed it with a teaspoon of the powder. The result looked spectacular. The milk turns golden yellow with a white foam on top. It smells of vanilla and cinnamon. The taste is sweet, followed by a sharp note, similar to chilli chocolate. We were thrilled :-)
Wenn ich mich mit meiner besten Freundin treffe, gehört ein leckerer Latte Macchiato oder ein Chai Latte einfach dazu. Als ich bei Violey dann die Kurkuma Latte entdeckt habe, wusste ich sofort, das müssen wir unbedingt ausprobieren. Ich habe mich für die Version mit Vanille entschieden, weil wir es doch eher süß mögen. Wir haben zuerst die Milch warm aufgeschäumt und dann mit einem Teelöffel von dem Pulver vermischt. Das Ergebnis sah einfach spektakulär aus. Die Milch wird goldgelb mit einem weißen Schaum obendrauf. Sie duftet nach Vanille und Zimt. Der Geschmack ist süß, gefolgt von einer scharfen Note, ähnlich wie bei einer Chilischokolade. Wir waren begeistert :-)
