Preparation: Stir 1 tablespoon of Organic Curcuma Latte Ginger (about 2 g) into 250 ml vegetable drink or milk, heat up and sweeten to taste.

Preparation according to Ayurveda (Golden Milk): Stir 1 teaspoon of curcuma paste* in 250 ml vegetable drink or milk and heat up, simmer over medium heat for 4-5 min. Refine with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and sweeten to taste.
*Curcuma paste: Combine 1 heaped tablespoon of Organic Curcuma Latte Ginger (about 8 g) with 30 ml of water, stir and bring to a simmer until a paste is formed. Keep the paste refrigerated.

I came here to praise the product, then read the review before me - first of all, briefly: this is an incredibly tasty product and, as far as I can judge it, it is of the usual Sonnentor quality. I don't quite understand the complaint about the eco-test results in the review before me - Sonnentor has withdrawn the affected batches from circulation and refunded the purchase price to every customer who complained. It could hardly be more professional, accommodating and customer-friendly. I continue to trust Sonnentor precisely BECAUSE they deal with and react to eco-test results. The ginger latte is wonderful. 5 out of 5.

It's a pity, because the taste of this blend was actually very appealing and the price, as always with Violey, was extremely fair.
