Preparation: Stir 1 tablespoon of Organic Curcuma Latte Ginger (about 2 g) into 250 ml vegetable drink or milk, heat up and sweeten to taste.

Preparation according to Ayurveda (Golden Milk): Stir 1 teaspoon of curcuma paste* in 250 ml vegetable drink or milk and heat up, simmer over medium heat for 4-5 min. Refine with 1 teaspoon of coconut oil and sweeten to taste.
*Curcuma paste: Combine 1 heaped tablespoon of Organic Curcuma Latte Ginger (about 8 g) with 30 ml of water, stir and bring to a simmer until a paste is formed. Keep the paste refrigerated.

The big hype about golden milk has died down a bit, but I am glad that Sonnentor Turmeric Latte Ginger has established itself. There's no need for seasoning here, because the flavour is simply good.
