: Review date:I use a lot of cardamom in my cooking, and now I also mix my own garam masala from just FOUR ingredients; cardamom, pepper, cassia cinnamon and clove powder - in order of quantity; I haven't found the ideal ratio yet, based on a garam masala from the world shop.
