: Review date:Wonderfully strong spice. I mix it with curd, yoghurt and feta cheese, which makes a very tasty (umami!) ingredient for raw vegetables and potatoes.
Wunderbar kräftiges Gewürz. Ich mische es mit Topfen, Joghurt und Schafskäse, was einen sehr schmackhafte (Umami!) Zutat für Rohkost und Kartoffeln ergibt.

: Review date:I didn't know the spice until a few months ago and bought it especially for a new recipe and was absolutely thrilled with the taste! I don't know how I've managed without sabay clover so far ;) It adds a spicy and fresh flavour to salads and goat/sheep cheese in particular. I have only tried 2 companies so far and find Sonnentor tastier and more intense, so 5* and no more experiments.
Ich kannte das Gewürz bis vor einigen Monaten gar nicht und kaufte es speziell für ein neues Rezept und war vom Geschmack absolut begeistert! Keine Ahnung wie ich ohne Schabzigerklee bisher klar gekommen bin. ;) Vor allem Salaten und Ziegen-/ Schafskäse verleiht es eine würzigen und frischen Geschmack. Habe bisher nur 2 Firmen ausprobiert und finde Sonnentor geschmacklich frischer und intensiver, daher 5* und keine Experimente mehr.

: Review date:I complained about Sonnentor's marjoram in my last order, now I can join in with blue fenugreek. I haven't come across anything like that yet, they might as well have packed green dust. As you can see, my nerves are starting to get the better of me when it comes to Sonnentor spices, because Sonnentor themselves have only sent me something similar to a form letter, in other words: they haven't taken any notice of it. So now they get my anger ;o)
Bei einer letzten Bestellung habe ich den Majoran von Sonnentor bemängelt, jetzt kann ich mich mit Schabziegerklee anschließen. Sowas ist mir noch nicht vorgekommen, da hätte man auch gleich grünen Staub verpacken können. Sie merken, so langsam liegen meine Nerven blank mit Sonnentor-Gewürzen, denn von Sonnentor selbst ist mir nur so was ähnliches wie ein Formschreiben mitgeteilt worden, sprich: die haben sich davon nichts angenommen. So bekommen sie jetzt meinen Ärger ab ;o)
