: Review date:I find this very tasty organic barbecue spice with 40% lemon and 30% pepper + ginger, lemon thyme and lemongrass really great, as you can use it for grilled fish, chicken and turkey escalopes alike. However, I would like to see a practical Sonnentor tin can with the appropriate "fine" or "medium" sprinkling inserts for this barbecue spice. The barbecue spice is coarsely ground and hardly anything comes out in the normal salt or pepper shaker, even the thyme herbs don't fit through. Otherwise, I can only recommend the organic barbecue spice, it tastes super delicious.
Ich finde dieses sehr leckere Bio Grillgewürz mit 40% Zitrone und 30% Pfeffer + Ingwer, Zitronenthymian und Zitronengras wirklich toll, da man es für gegrillten Fisch, Hähnchen und Putenschnitzel gleichermaßen verwenden kann. Jedoch würde ich mir für dieses Grillgewürz eine praktische Sonnentor Streudose aus Weißblech mit dem passenden Streueinsätzen "fein" oder "mittel" wünschen. Das Grillgewürz ist nämlich grob gemahlen, im normalen Salz oder Pfeffer Streuer kommt kaum etwas heraus, auch die Thymian Kräuter passen da nicht durch. Ansonsten kann ich das Bio Grillgewürz nur empfehlen, es schmeckt super lecker.
