Obwohl ich viel Obst und Gemüse esse, ist mein Säure-Basen-Haushalt nicht immer im Gleichgewicht. Das geht vielen so, denn oft hat man während der Arbeit nur wenig Zeit, etwas Gesundes zu essen. Da greift man schon mal auf einen schnelle Snack zurück, der dann meist ziemlich basisch ist. Viele Symptome kann man auf fehlende basische Stoffe zurückführen. Die Tasse Basen Ausgleich Tee ist bei mir zu einem fast täglichen Ritual geworden. Er schmeckt gut und hilft meinem Körper. Vor allen bekomme ich so eine gute Kräutermischung und muss mich nicht erst mit einzelnen Teebestandteilen und ihrer Wirkung beschäftigen.
