Despite the very high salt content, I find the herbal salt to have a rather low-salt taste. I like to use the 12-herb salt to season salads, sauces or to marinate meat, fish and vegetables. Nevertheless, I always have to season it with pure sea salt. All in all, a very intense herbal flavour. Personally, however, I miss the salty note, as it should be a herbal salt with an emphasis on salt... Therefore, in my eyes, it is more in the midfield, as I miss the salty taste.

Ich finde das Kräutersalz trotz sehr hohem Salzanteil eher salzarm im Geschmack. Ich nehme das 12-Kräuter Salz gerne zum Würzen von Salat, Saucen oder zum Marinieren von Fleisch, Fisch und Gemüse. Dennoch muss ich immer noch zusätzlich mit reinem Meersalz nachwürzen. Alles in allem ein sehr intensiver Kräutergeschmack. Mir persönlich fehlt jedoch die salzige Note, da es doch ein Kräutersalz mit Betonung auf Salz sein sollte.. Daher in meinen Augen eher im Mittelfeld anzusiedeln, da mir der Salzgeschmack fehlt.
