I like it very much and tolerate it well, although I always have to be very careful with spice mixtures. It's not too spicy, but it does make the goulash nice and spicy. I only use it for chicken goulash because I don't digest beef well. You have to like the caraway seeds, though, which are in the whole thing.

Ich mag es sehr gerne, und vertrage es auch gut, obwohl ich mit Gewürzmischungen immer sehr vorsichtig sein muss. Es ist nicht zu scharf, macht aber doch das Gulasch schön würzig. Ich nehme es nur für Hähnchengulasch, da ich Rinderfleisch nicht gut verdaue. Man muss allerdings den Kümmel mögen, der im ganzen drin ist.

This spice has become an integral part of the kitchen. In my opinion, the mixture of spices is optimally blended. It is neither too spicy nor too hot. The spice goes well with any kind of goulash, whether South Tyrolean style, Szeged style or the traditional Hungarian goulash.

Dieses Gewürz ist mittlerweile fester Bestandteil in der Küche. Die Mischung der Gewürze ist meiner Meinung nach optimal abgemischt. Es ist weder zu würzlos, noch zu scharf. Das Gewürz passt zu jeder Art von Gulasch, ob Südtiroler Art, Szegediner Art oder das traditionelle, ungarische Gulasch.
