Mediterranean spice blend for salads, vegetables and side dishes

Sonnentor Cheery Organic Blossom Spice Blend is a colourful Mediterranean seasoning mix with sea salt, different spices and flowers. This organic blossom spice blend enchants starters and salads, but also Mediterranean vegetables, pasta and rice. Seasoning with all your senses.
Recipe tip for kids: herb muffins

Ingredients for 10 pieces:
  • 340 g wholemeal spelt flour
  • 1.5 sachets baking powder
  • 1 tsp. agave syrup
  • 250 g buttermilk
  • 3 eggs
  • salt
  • 1.5 tbsp. Sonnentor Laune gut, alles gut Organic Blossom Spice Blend

Mix wholemeal flour and baking powder and stir well  in a mixing bowl with the other ingredients. Fill the dough into 10 cupcake liners, place them on a baking tray with baking paper and bake in the preheated oven at 170 °C for about 12-15 minutes until they have a golden yellow colour. Take them out of the oven, let them cool down for a while and serve the muffins with curd cheese (and herbs) and vegetable sticks.
Tip: You can also take fresh herbs from the garden.

Versatile spice blend for all kinds of spicy moments. Whether simple tomatoes, a salad, in tomato sauce with pasta or simply sprinkled on a roll - it somehow tastes good with everything. It rounds things off without being obtrusive, provided you don't use too much. It gives the whole thing that certain something.

Vielseitige Gewürzmischung für allerlei Gewürzmomente. Egal, ob einfache Tomaten, ein Salat, in der Tomatensoße mit Pasta oder einfach auf ein Brötchen gestreut - schmeckt irgendwie zu allem.
