Pour 200 ml boiling water (100°C) over the tea bag and allow to infuse for 5-10 minutes. Then allow to cool off to drinking temperature.

: Review date:My favourite tea since the birth of my first child. I hardly drank anything else during the whole breastfeeding period. Now with child 2 (15 months old) the same again. I think it's a great tea and the children like it too.
Mein Lieblings-Tee seit der Geburt meines ersten Kindes. Habe während der ganzen Stillzeit kaum etwas anderes getrunken. Jetzt bei Kind 2 (15 Monate alt) wieder das Gleiche. Ich finde den Tee klasse und auch die Kinder trinken ihn gerne.
