130g of dried herbs should not be underestimated - that's quite a lot and lasts a while. So I was surprised at first about the large can, but then delighted. Because the large pouring opening proves to be very practical when dosing. At the same time, however, this is also its shortcoming, because with this packaging I tend to add the Sonnentor salad seasoning to my dishes more generously than would be advisable. The taste of nettle, parsley, oregano and co. is very strong and spicy, so I prefer to add "Alles im Grünen" to minced meat and hearty pasta sauces instead of salads. But that only shows how versatile the mixture of chopped herbs can be applied.

130g getrocknete Kräuter sollte man nicht unterschätzen - das ist eine ganze Menge und hält eine Weile. So war ich zunächst über die große Dose überrascht, doch dann hoch erfreut. Denn die große Schüttöffnung erweist sich als sehr praktisch beim Dosieren. Zugleich ist das jedoch auch ihr Manko, denn ich neige bei dieser Verpackung dazu, das Sonnentor Salatgewürz großzügiger zu meinen Gerichten hinzuzugeben, als es ratsam wäre. Der Geschmack von Brennnessel, Petersilie, Oregano und Co. ist dann doch sehr kräftig und würzig, so dass ich "Alles im Grünen" lieber zu Hackfleisch und deftigen Nudelsoßen gebe, anstatt in Salate. Doch das zeigt ja nur, wie vielseitig sich die Mischung aus den zerkleinerten Kräutern anwenden lässt.
