Removes stubborn limescale deposits on taps and tiles

Sonett Decalcifier. With citric acid, this limescale remover removes stubborn limescale deposits on taps, tiles, washbasins and toilets. It can also be used to descale dishwashers, washing machines, coffee machines and kettles. Citric acid is well suited for versatile decalcification in the kitchen and sanitary area due to its restrained odour and because of its gentle effect on metals and plastics.

Leave the Sonett limescale remover to work for 5-10 minutes, depending on the thickness of the limescale layer. Rinse thoroughly with water.

For kettles: Heat approx. 100 ml of limescale remover per 0.5 litres of water to approx. 60 °C, leave to work for 20 to 30 minutes and rinse well.
For coffee machines:: Add 200 ml limescale remover and 800 ml water to the water reservoir of the coffee machine. Descale according to the coffee machine's instructions for use. Then run clean water through until it runs clear.
For the 4.5 kg washing machine and dishwasher:: Add 1 litre of limescale remover to the 60°C main wash cycle or 55°C main rinse cycle (after pre-rinsing!) and run through without filling. Clean the lint filter in the washing machine afterwards.

I used to use this product alot and was extremely happy with it, but this time was disappointed as it did not remove the limescale I needed.

I needed a good decalcifier for my water vaporizer, which humifies the livingroom. It has a metal heating element and it collects calciumlayer onto it. There will be about 2 l of water and decalcifier mixture, so a lot of decalcifier goes on one time. But it is very efective too. Nothing has washed the calcification out as good and with as little poisonous substancies.

Fortunately, a colleague at work recommended Sonett Limescale Remover to me. The cleaner is simply great and makes scrubbing so much easier. Fresh limescale deposits are removed immediately, but even stubborn encrustations can be removed easily after a short soaking time. Afterwards, everything shines perfectly. The other day I used it to decalcify our coffee machine, and maybe a little dirt came out. And I even imagine that the coffee tastes better now. In addition, the limescale remover has a really good price and is good for the environment. I immediately added Sonett to my regular range of cleaners. Definitely try it out!

Mir wurde der Sonett Kalklöser von einer Arbeitskollegin empfohlen, zum Glück. Denn der Reiniger ist einfach spitze und erleichtert einem das Schrubben ungemein. Frische Kalkablagerungen werden sofort entfernt, aber auch hartnäckige Verkrustungen lassen sich nach einer kurzen Einweichzeit super lösen. Anschließend glänzt dann alles 1a. Neulich habe ich auch mal unsere Kaffeemaschine damit entkalkt – da kam vielleicht ein Dreck raus. Und ich bilde mir sogar ein, dass der Kaffee jetzt besser schmeckt. Dazu hat der Kalklöser noch einen echt guten Preis und schont die Umwelt. Bei mir wurde Sonett sofort in die Stammpalette an Reinigern mit aufgenommen. Unbedingt ausprobieren!!!

Unfortunately, we have very chalky water. This is always noticeable on the bathroom fittings. I used to use vinegar cleaner. I was able to remove all the limescale stains with it, but unfortunately my skin reacted to it at some point. It became very dry. So I looked for a new cleaner and came across Sonett's limescale remover. It's wonderful and leaves a pleasant scent. If you use it, you should still wear household gloves for safety. I always do this, so I'm on the safe side if my skin gets a bit irritated again. Full marks from me for this great limescale remover!

Wir haben leider sehr kalkhaltiges Wasser. Dies macht sich immer auf den Armaturen im Badezimmer bemerkbar. Früher verwendete ich immer Essigreiniger. Damit konnte ich zwar alle Kalkflecken entfernen, leider reagierte irgendwann meine Haut darauf. Sie wurde ganz trocken. Also suchte ich mir einen neuen Reiniger und bin auf den Kalklöser von Sonett gestoßen. Er ist wunderbar und hinterlässt einen angenehmen Duft. Wer ihn verwendet, sollte trotzdem zur Sicherheit Haushaltshandschuhe tragen. Dies mache ich immer und bin damit auf der sicheren Seite, falls meine Haut wieder einmal etwas gereizt sein sollte. Die volle Punktzahl für den tollen Kalklöser von mir!
