: Review date:I didn't know that there are also Christmas treats in demeter quality. The cinnamon biscuits were a real hit with me in terms of taste. In general, I like spelt flour much better than wheat flour anyway. The combination of cinnamon, almonds and ginger is successful. However, I could hardly taste the orange oil.
Ich wusste nicht, dass es auch Weihnachtsleckereien in demeter-Qualität gibt. Das Zimtgebäck hat bei mir eine Punktlandung in Sachen Geschmack hingelegt. Generell mag ich Dinkelmehl ohnehin viel lieber als Weizenmehl. Die Kombination aus Zimt, Mandeln und Ingwer ist gelungen. Das Orangenöl habe ich aber kaum herausschmecken können.
