I ordered the spelt aniseed stars for my family during Advent and everyone loved them. They are reminiscent of light butter biscuits with a hint of aniseed. I will be ordering the spelt aniseed stars again next Advent.

I have to agree with Anja. For aniseed stars, I also find them very mild in taste. That's why my boyfriend, who is not a big fan of this very intense spice, also likes them.
