Basic recipe:
Pour 100 g shredded soy in a bowl with approx. 6 tbsp (Tamari) soy sauce (or 1/2 tsp. granulated broth) and approx. 250 ml of hot water. Leave to soak for a bit, stir occasionally. In dishes with plenty of liquid, simply stir in the shredded soy without soaking.

: Review date:I am satisfied with this product. The soy shreds are tasteless, without any additives and organically grown. I use it mainly for my muesli. I usually add some chia seeds, fruit or nuts and a little honey. They are firm to the bite for quite a long time, so my muesli is also nice and crunchy.
Ich bin zufrieden mit diesem Produkt. Die Soja-Schnetzel sind geschmacksneutral, ohne irgendwelche Zusätze und aus biologischen Anbau. Ich nutze es überwiegend für mein Müsli. Dazu gesellt sich meistens noch etwas Chiasamen, Früchte oder Nüsse und etwas Honig. Sind recht lange bissfest, somit ist mein Müsli auch schön knusprig.
