Slendier Organic Rice Style Shirataki. The root vegetable konjac (glucomannan) has been a popular ingredient in Asian cuisine for centuries in these special shirataki noodles. Like normal rice, this konjac rice is a wonderful side dish for chilli, curry, fried rice, or even for sushi. The shirataki are pre-cooked and therefore easy to prepare.
Preparation:
- Pour off the liquid.
- Rinse well under running water.
- Steep in hot water for 1 minute, then pour off water.
- Serve with pasta sauce or prepare stir-fry, soup or salad.
