: Review date:I couldn't manage barley grass in powder form at all. The capsule version is much more relaxing. As for the effect: Maybe it's just my imagination, but since then I've been able to sleep better somehow. Anyway, I'll stick with it and keep taking them.
Also Gerstengras in Pulverform, kam ich gar nicht zurecht. Da ist die Variante mit den Kapseln um einiges entspannter. Was die Wirkung betrifft: Vielleicht ist es nur Einbildung, aber seit dem kann ich irgendwie besser schlafen. Egal, ich bleib dabei und schluck die Dinger weiter.
