Demeter is important to us, which is why we’ve chosen this sauerkraut from Schweitzer. The flavour is spot on for us, and the quality is just as good. We use it as a side dish with home-cooked meals – served with honey-glazed onions, grilled tofu sausages and mashed potatoes – and it’s perfect for us. The portion size is ideal for four people.
