Tastes like a carrot steamed with intense spices. I like the taste. But even if that were not the case, the taste and smell are by no means particularly intense or even aggressive. The satiety effect after one drink was surprisingly long-lasting for me. Schmeckt wie eine mit intensiven Gewürzen gedünstete Möhre. Ich mag den Geschmack. Aber auch wenn dem nicht so wäre, so sind der Geschmack und der Geruch keinesfalls sonderlich intensiv oder gar aggressiv. Die Sättigungswirkung nach einem Drink war bei mir erstaunlich lange anhaltend. In Kombination mit dem beigelegten Ernährungsplan und ausreichend Bewegung führt die Kur definitiv zu einem Wohlfühl- und Abnehmeffekt.
