Schoenenberger Organic Beetroot Crystals is a dried beetroot, obtained from the juice of fresh beetroot in a special drying process - without any carriers. The little beetroot crystals contain folic acid and potassium. They are soluble and can be used for refining smoothies, yoghurt, milk, as well as muesli or cereal flakes.

Stir 1 heaped tablespoon (about 10 g) in a glass of water.
The colour is bright and intense and can also be used as a natural food colouring for cooking and baking.
