Adults and adolescents from 12 years on take 10 ml of pressed juice 3 to 4 times daily, children from 4 to 12 years take 5 ml of pressed juice 4 times daily and children from 1 to less than 4 years take 3 times daily 5 ml of pressed juice undiluted or diluted with some warm water. Please use the enclosed dosing cup.

: Review date:I bought this for my son for his cough and I consumed this myself. I find this juice very effective in eliminating cough and phlegm. However the juice is very bitter so try to mix it with juice if you are giving this to children.
