Adults take 10 ml of pressed juice 3 times a day undiluted or with some liquid, preferably water. Please use the enclosed dosing cup.

This all-natural nettle juice can be used both internally and externally. It tastes very natural. I mix it with smoothies. But you can also drink the juice pure. In any case, the juice is worth the money.

I am overall satisfied with this product. The taste is very natural and you can drink it pure or diluted with water. It is very good for dehydration and it is also good for my joints. The shelf life is definitely guaranteed in the fridge.

Bin gesamtheitlich zufrieden mit diesem Produkt. Der Geschmack ist sehr natürlich und man kann ihn pur oder verdünnt mit Wasser trinken. Eignet sich sehr gut zum Entwässern und meinen Gelenken tut es auch gut. Die Haltbarkeit ist im Kühlschrank auf jeden Fall gewährleistet.
