For internal use: Adults take 10 ml of pressed juice with plenty of liquid twice a day before meals. Please use the enclosed dosing cup.

For gargling and rinsing: Dilute 10 ml (dosing cup) of pressed juice 2 to 3 times a day with 100 ml of warm water.

The bitter taste is really not that intoxicating, unless you're into sage.... but it's soothing and that's what counts! So hold your nose and take it in!

Der bittere Geschmack ist wirklich nicht so berauschend, außer man steht auf Salbei... aber es ist lindernd und das ist was zählt! Also Nase zuhalten und rein damit!
