Schoenenberger Natural Ribwort Juice. The pressed juice from ribwort is traditionally used for the relief and symptomatic treatment of cough due to irritation of the oral and pharyngeal mucosa. Schoenenberger officinal plant juices are pure pressed juices from fresh plants without added sugar (contains naturally occuring sugars), alcohol and preservatives.

Adults and children over the age of 12 years take 10 ml of pressed juice 3 times a day, half an hour before meals, undiluted or with some water. Children from 4 to 12 years take 5 ml of pressed juice twice a day. Please use the enclosed dosing cup.

100 ml contain:
Active ingredient: 100 ml of pressed juice from fresh ribwort (Plantago lanceolata L.) (1 : 0.60 - 0.90).

Additional Information:

For use in adults and children from age of 4 years.
Shake bottle before use. When stored at 2 °C to 8 °C in the refrigerator after opening, it has a shelf life of 2 weeks.

I have been using Schoenenberger thyme juice for coughs for years and swear by it. But my children don't like it at all, so I have now tried ribwort juice. But it's really the worst thing I've ever tasted. My husband and my children couldn't even swallow the juice, and it took a lot of effort for me to do so. There is really no question of it tasting good.
I can't say anything about the effect, because neither of us wanted to try it a second time.

Ich benutze seit Jahren Schoenenberger Thymiansaft bei Husten und schwöre darauf. Da er meinen Kindern aber überhaupt nicht schmeckt, habe ich es jetzt mit dem Spitzwegerichsaft probiert. Aber das ist wirklich das Schlimmste, was ich jemals probiert habe. Mein Mann und meine Kinder konnten den Saft nicht mal runterschlucken und mich hat es auch echt Überwindung gekostet. Von gut schmeckend kann hier wirklich nicht die Rede sein.
Zur Wirkung kann ich nichts sagen, da keiner von uns ein zweites Mal probieren wollte.
