Adults and adolescents over the age of 12 years take 10 ml of pressed juice 3 to 4 times daily before meals, undiluted or with some liquid, preferably water. Please use the enclosed dosing cup.

Active ingredient: 100 ml of pressed juice from fresh oat herb (Avena sativa L.) (1 : 0.64 - 0.80).

Shake bottle before use. When stored at 2 °C to 8 °C in the refrigerator after opening it has a shelf life of 2 weeks.

I have been taking the juice as described for about 2 months because I have a lot of stress at work. It tastes sweet and bitter, but since you only take a small amount at a time, it's fine.

Ich nehme den Saft seit etwa 2 Monaten wie in der Beschreibung angegeben ein, da ich relativ viel Stress in der Arbeit habe. Geschmacklich süßlich-bitter, aber da man nur immer eine kleine Menge einnimmt, völlig in Ordnung.
