Cold: Adults and adolescents over age of 12 years take 15 ml of pressed juice 3 times a day before meals undiluted or with some liquid, preferably water.

Shake bottle before use. When stored at 2 °C to 8 °C in the refrigerator after opening, it has a shelf life of 2 weeks.
