Schoenenberger Manna Fig Syrup three-pack is a herbal product of real, natural manna and an aqueous extract of dried figs. In the practical three-pack with 3 bottles each 200 ml. You should ensure an adequate fluid intake, mineral water, tea or Schoenenberger organic vegetable juices for example. The syrup is made without added alcohol, sugar (contains naturally occuring sugars) or preservatives.

Recommended dose: Adults and children over 10 years of age take 30-60 ml of syrup daily in the morning or evening. Children between 4-10 years take 20-30 ml. If necessary, the indicated dosage can be increased. Please use the enclosed dosage cup.

Fig extract (80%) (drinking water, dried figs), manna (13%), sucrose, acidifier: tartaric acid (L+).

I like to take this syrup before or during holidays when dietary habits are not (or cannot) always be adhered to. The syrup tastes very good and does what it promises.
