Dosage instructions and method of use: Unless otherwise prescribed, one sachet of Indian psyllium is taken several times a day after soaking with some water (soak in approx. 100 ml water for approx. 15 minutes) while drinking 1 to 2 glasses of water afterwards.

Note: An interval of half an hour to one hour should be observed after taking medicines.

Ingredients/INCI:

5 g of NatuPur contain 5 g of Indian psyllium (active ingredient).

Additional Information:

Countraindications: Pathological constriction of the esophagus and in the gastrointestinal tract. Imminent or existing intestinal obstruction. Hard to balance diabetes mellitus.

Interactions with other medicines: The absorption of medicinal products taken at the same time may be delayed.
Note: a reduction of the insulin dose may be necessary in case of diabetics.

Duration of use: Consult a doctor if diarrhoea persists for more than two days or if blood is mixed with the diarrhoea or in case of elevated temperatures.

Note:

Store medicines out of the reach of children and away from light, humidity and heat. Do not use after the stated expiry date.
