: Review date:I am not dependent on a gluten-free diet myself, but I like to try out gluten-free products, because Violey offers a wide range of products with different types of cereals. This simply brings more variety to the table or to the snack. I liked the bread and was pleasantly surprised at how well it held together. So it's also good to take along for a break. I am glad that coeliac patients now have such a wide range of delicious gluten-free foods that many others are sure to enjoy as well.
Ich bin selbst nicht auf eine glutenfreie Ernährung angewiesen, probiere aber gerne glutenfreie Artikel aus, da man bei Violey ein großes Angebot an Produkten mit verschiedensten Getreidesorten hat. Das bringt einfach mehr Abwechslung auf den Tisch oder ins Pausenbrot. Mir hat das Brot gut gefallen und ich war auch positiv überrascht wie gut es zusammenhält. Eignet sich somit auch gut als Pausenbrot zum Mitnehmen. Ich bin froh, dass Zöliakie-Patienten mittlerweile ein solch großes Angebot an leckeren glutenfreien Lebensmitteln haben, die vielen anderen garantiert auch schmecken.

: Review date:I don't like it at all, but I can probably still make pizza bread out of it. The bread fell apart a bit when I touched it, but not as much as normal bread of this type. The crumbs touched the inside of my mouth and I couldn't taste anything else for a while. Unpleasant!
Es schmeckt mir überhaupt nicht, aber vermutlich kann ich noch Pizzabrot draus machen. Das Brot fiel ein bisschen auseinander, als ich es berührte, aber nicht so sehr wie normales Brot dieses Typs. Die Krümel berührten das Innere meines Mundes und ich konnte eine Zeit lang nichts anderes mehr schmecken. Unangenehm!
