Schär noodles are the best alternative to spaghetti made from durum wheat for me so far. They are of high quality and have a good consistency, i.e. they are no longer crunchy after cooking (like many other gluten-free noodles), but also not too soft or mushy. The spaghetti also doesn't stick together into a single lump after cooking and the taste is super delicious. You almost don't notice that this is not normal spaghetti. The only drawback is that the noodles contain sugar. Otherwise, there is nothing to complain about. That's why I give the spaghetti four out of five stars.

Die Nudeln von Schär sind für mich bisher die beste Alternative zu Spaghetti aus Hartweizen. Sie sind von hoher Qualität und haben eine gute Konsistenz, d.h. sie sind nach dem Kochen nicht mehr kernig (wie viele andere glutenfreie Nudeln), aber auch nicht zu weich bzw. matschig. Die Spaghetti kleben nach dem Kochen auch nicht zu einem einzigen Klumpen zusammen und der Geschmack ist superlecker. Man merkt fast gar nicht, dass es sich hier nicht um „normale“ Spaghetti handelt. Einziger Nachteil: Die Nudeln enthalten Zucker. Ansonsten gibt es aber nichts zu meckern. Deshalb bewerte ich die Spaghetti mit vier von fünf Sternen.
