Schär Penne. The pasta classic from Italy but gluten free. With rice flower and corn flour. The grooved surface and inside hollow space make the pasta particularly good at absorbing sauce. Penne are also particularly suitable for pasta bakes and pasta salads.

Application:
For one serving: cook 100 g penne in 1 litre of salted boiling water for 11-13 minutes and then drain.
