Schmecken leider nicht annähernd wie frische Gnocchi, sondern sehr muffig und irgendwie nach Zusätzen, auch wenn keine drin sind. Dann lieber Kartoffeln oder glutenfreie Nudeln.

We buy the gnocchi because my husband does not tolerate gluten. They are very tasty and the size of the package is enough for two people. I can't notice any difference in taste to normal gnocchi. A big advantage is that they can be kept for a relatively long time before opening, even without refrigeration. When preparing them, however, you should not exceed the specified cooking time, otherwise they will become mushy. I like to fry the gnocchi crispy in butter and then sprinkle fresh parmesan on top. Or I cook a fine sauce with Gorgonzola to go with it. It tastes so good, I could just lie down in it.

Die Gnocchis werden bei uns gekauft, weil mein Mann Gluten nicht verträgt. Sie sind sehr lecker und die Größe der Packung ist ausreichend für zwei Personen. Ich kann geschmacklich auch keinen Unterschied zu „normalen“ Gnocchis feststellen. Ein großer Vorteil ist, dass sie vor dem Öffnen, auch ohne Kühlung, relativ lange haltbar sind. Bei der Zubereitung sollte man allerdings die angegebene Kochzeit nicht überschreiten, sonst werden sie matschig. Ich brate die Gnocchi am liebsten knusprig in Butter an und streue dann frischen Parmesan darüber. Oder ich koche eine feine Sauce mit Gorgonzola dazu. Das schmeckt so lecker, da könnte ich mich reinlegen.
