: Review date:The flour is easy to work with. I have already baked pizza bases, gluten-free pasta and biscuits with it. Everything went well and you can be creative. Schär also has lots of recipes that are a great help when I'm at a loss in the kitchen and don't know what to make. The flour mix is a real relief, without always having to mix the different flours yourself.
Das Mehl lässt sich leicht verarbeiten. Ich habe damit schon Pizzaboden, glutenfreie Nudeln und Kekse gebacken. Alles ging gut und man kann sich kreativ ausleben. Bei Schär gibt es auch viele Rezepte, die mir eine große Hilfe sind, wenn ich mal wieder planlos in der Küche stehe und nicht weiß, was ich zubereiten soll. Der Mehlmix ist eine echte Erleichterung, ohne dass man immer selbst die verschiedenen Mehle mischen muss.
