Schär Baking Mixture Brownies, gluten free. Irresistibly chocolaty. With this baking mix, you can whip up delicious brownies in no time at all that will delight connoisseurs young and old. By the way, the homemade brownies taste great with a scoop of vanilla ice cream.
Preparation 
For a springform pan (ø 24 cm) or 1 baking dish (approx. 20 x 20 cm).
You will also need: 150g melted butter, 2 eggs and 100ml milk.
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 °C top and bottom heat.
  2. Mix the eggs with the butter in a bowl. Add the baking mix. Gradually stir in the milk until you have a smooth batter. 
  3. Spread the batter in the baking mould lined with baking paper and smooth it out.
  4. Bake on the middle shelf for about 25 minutes.
  5. Leave to cool well and cut into pieces.
Tip: For extra crunch, sprinkle about 100g chopped walnuts on top of the brownie mixture before baking.

I am surprised how good the brownies turned out and tasted. My husband and the children ate almost the entire tray of still-warm brownies by themselves. But they were nice enough to leave me 2 pieces. Next time, I will add some nut nougat cream to the batter.

Ich bin überrascht, wie gut die Brownies geworden sind und auch geschmeckt haben. Mein Mann und die Kinder haben fast das ganze Blech mit den noch warmen Brownies alleine aufgefuttert. Sie waren aber so nett und haben mir auch noch 2 Stück übrig gelassen. Das nächste Mal werde ich noch etwas Nuss-Nougat-Creme in den Teig geben.
