Sarchio Bio Orzo Perlato. The outer shell of the barley grains is removed during the so-called ‘pearling’ process. This gives pearl barley its light colour and allows it to be cooked in a much shorter time without soaking. It is ideal for soups, stews, salads or as a tasty filling.
