Application:
For a warm preparation: Place one serving of porridge (45 g) in a small saucepan with 100 ml of water or milk or plant-based milk and cook for 2 minutes until the desired consistency is achieved.
For overnight oats (fresher, summery): Soak one serving of porridge in water or milk or plant-based milk and leave in the refrigerator overnight. It will be ready to eat in the morning.
