Even today, the cleaning effect is still not sufficient for me. It's not enough for my very crowded teeth. I also find it too foaming. I'm actually always unsure whether I should have used more or less. The vitamin B12 thing appealed to me. So I now use this gel at one or two other times during the day by applying it to my gums with a toothbrush - carefully! - more on my gums with a toothbrush and letting it work into the mucous membrane in my mouth. (For actual brushing, I stick with my Weleda toothpaste. This is my compromise).

Für mich reicht die Reinigungswirkung auch heutzutage noch nicht aus. Sie ist zu gering bei meinen sehr eng stehenden Zähnen. Ich finde sie auch ZU STARK schäumend. Eigentlich bin ich immer unsicher, ob ich nun hätte mehr oder auch weniger nehmen sollen. Das mit dem Vitamin B12 hat mich angesprochen. So verwende ich dieses Gel nun zu einem oder zwei anderen Zeitpunkten am Tage, indem ich es mit der Zahnbürste - vorsichtig! - mehr auf mein Zahnfleisch auftrage und im Mund in die Schleimhaut einwirken lasse. (Zum eigentlichen Putzen bleibe ich bei meiner Weleda-Zahnpasta. Dies ist mein Kompromiss.)

As a toothpaste alone - it would not convince me. The taste is too neutral, I miss the feeling of freshness. Cleaning effect - well, there are clearly better products. But I think the idea of vitamin B12 is great! I find "recommended for vegetarians" superfluous, vitamin B12 deficiency is not only found in vegetarians, my father eats meat three times a day and has such a severe deficiency that he has to get injections. I hope that the toothpaste will be improved and will probably buy it again.

Als Zahnpasta allein - würde es mich nicht überzeugen. Der Geschmack ist zu neutral, mir fehlt das Frische-Gefühl. Reinigungswirkung - na ja, da gibt es deutlich bessere Artikel. Aber die Idee mit Vitamin B12 finde ich super! "Für Vegetarier empfohlen" finde ich überflüssig, Vitamin B12-Mangel ist nicht nur bei Vegetariern anzutreffen, mein Vater isst drei mal am Tag Fleisch und hat so starken Mangel, dass er Spritzen bekommen muss. Ich hoffe, dass die Zahnpasta noch verbessert wird und kaufe diese wahrscheinlich wieder.

While looking for a natural, fluoride-free toothpaste, I came across this product. It contains no synthetic colours, fragrances or preservatives and the extra vitamin B12 is a great side effect when brushing your teeth. The gel itself is a fairly watery, unstable consistency with a pleasant taste. However, for me personally, it is a little too mild and could be fresher or mintier. The tooth gel foams satisfactorily and the sea salt and mineral cleaning agents clean the teeth thoroughly. After brushing, they feel really clean. My summary: The tooth gel is okay on the whole. However, I will continue to search to see if there is a better toothpaste (for me).

Auf der Suche nach einer natürlichen, fluoridfreien Zahncreme bin ich auf dieses Produkt gestoßen. Es enthält keine synthetischen Farb-, Duft- oder Konservierungsstoffe und das Plus an Vitamin B12 ist beim Zähneputzen ein toller Nebeneffekt. Bei dem Gel selbst handelt es sich um eine recht wässrige, instabile Konsistenz mit einem angenehmen Geschmack. Dieser ist mir persönlich aber etwas zu mild und könnte ruhig frischer bzw. minziger sein. Das Zahngel schäumt zufriedenstellend und durch Meersalz und mineralische Putzkörper werden die Zähne gründlich gereinigt. Nach dem Putzen fühlen sie sich richtig sauber an. Mein Resümee: Das Zahngel ist im Großen und Ganzen okay. Ich werde aber trotzdem weitersuchen, ob es noch eine (für mich) bessere Zahnpasta gibt.

A really great product, especially for people with a vegan lifestyle, like me ;-) Since I bought the tooth gel, I can clean my teeth and counteract my vitamin B12 deficiency at the same time. The vitamin B12 is supposed to be simply absorbed through the oral mucosa when brushing my teeth. For me, a really uncomplicated way to improve my blood levels. And for me also much more sympathetic than food supplements. Although the gel is more expensive than normal toothpaste, it is worth the price. After all, you don't have to buy tablets for it anymore. It makes the teeth shiny clean and white. The foaming is sufficient, the taste is minty-mild, but could be a little fresher for my taste. Nevertheless, kudos to Sante for this product development.

Ein ganz tolles Produkt, besonders für Menschen mit veganer Lebensweise, wie mich ;-) Seitdem ich mir das Zahngel geleistet habe, kann ich gleichzeitig meine Zähne reinigen und meinem Vitamin B12-Mangel entgegenwirken. Das Vitamin B12 soll beim Zähneputzen einfach über die Mundschleimhaut aufgenommen werden. Für mich eine wirklich unkomplizierte Art, meine Blutwerte zu verbessern. Und für mich auch viel sympathischer als Nahrungsergänzungsmittel. Das Gel ist zwar teurer als „normale“ Zahnpasta, seinen Preis jedoch wert. Schließlich muss man dafür keine Tabletten mehr kaufen. Es macht die Zähne glänzend sauber und weiß. Die Schaumbildung ist ausreichend, der Geschmack ist dabei minzig-mild, könnte für meinen Geschmack jedoch etwas frischer sein. Trotzdem, ein großes Lob an Sante für diese Produktentwicklung.
