Sante Eyeliner Pencil 01 Black: To emphasise the eyes, use the Eyeliner Pencil as an eyeliner on the upper eyelid and for a thicker lash line, apply the pencil directly to the upper and/or lower lash line. The eyeliner can also be applied to the waterline. Blend lightly with your fingertips or a brush to create a smokey eye effect.
