For my taste buds, the worst spread I've ever had. Aubergines are one of my absolute favourite vegetables and I eat them in every form and preparation. But this spread is really useless in my eyes. I thought it was bad in the first jar because it was slightly sour. But the 2nd jar cracked when I opened it and it kept for a long time and tasted the same. Too bad.

Für meine Geschmacksnerven der schlechteste Aufstrich, den ich je hatte. Auberginen gehören zu meinem absolutem Lieblingsgemüse und ich esse sie eigentlich in jeder Form und Zubereitung. Aber dieser Aufstrich ist in meinen Augen wirklich unbrauchbar. Beim 1. Glas dachte ich er wäre schlecht, weil leicht sauer. Aber das 2. Glas hat beim Öffnen geknackt und war auch noch lange haltbar und hat genauso geschmeckt. Schade.
