: Review date:Very tasty! I always use Sanchon sauce for homemade yakisoba sauce. For those who are interested, here is my recipe: 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce (if you like it spicier, you can use a little more), 1 tsp fish sauce, 1 tsp tomato paste, 1/2 tsp soy sauce; stir together and add to already fried noodles, e.g. the delicious spelt Mie noodles from Albgold, in the pan and fry briefly.
For me, the best Worcester sauce :-). Full recommendation!
Gaanz lecker! Ich nehme die Sanchon Sauce immer für selbstgemachte Yakisoba Sauce. Für Interessierte mein Rezept: 1 EL Worcestershire Sauce (wer's schärfer mag, kann etwas mehr nehmen), 1 TL Fischsauce, 1 TL Tomatenmark, 1/2 TL Sojasauce; zusammenrühren und über bereits gebratene Nudeln, z.B. die leckeren Dinkel Mie Nudeln von Albgold, in die Pfanne geben und kurz mitbraten.
Für mich die beste Worcester Sauce :-). Volle Empfehlung!
