It's quite a miracle in terms of taste! You can taste the peanut well, the rest of the spice is appropriate and doesn't leave a bitter aftertaste, as I know from other peanut sauces. Consistency is also great - slightly creamy, slightly thick, but still clearly a sauce. Only the intensity of the flavour could be stronger for me, but I suspect that my taste is a little off and the sauce is already rather strong-tasting for other people.

Geschmacklich schon ein ziemliches Wunder! Man schmeckt die Erdnuss gut raus, restliche Würze ist passend und hinterlässt keinen bitteren Nachgeschmack, wie ich das von anderen Erdnusssaucen kenne. Konsistenz ist auch super - leicht sämig, leicht dickflüssig, aber schon noch eindeutig eine Soße. Einzig die Geschmacksintensität könnte für mich ruhig noch stärker sein, ich vermute aber, dass mein Geschmack da etwas aus der Reihe tanzt und die Soße für andere Leute bereits eher stark schmeckend ist.

Unfortunately not to my taste, there is a very sour note which I don't like at all. I'll have to make the peanut sauce myself again or order it from my favourite Asian restaurant ;-). Maybe there's an ingredient in it that I don't know and have overlooked, but unfortunately the two of us are not going to be friends.

Leider nicht mein Geschmack, es ist eine sehr säuerliche Note dabei, die ich überhaupt nicht mag. Muss ich die Erdnusssauce wohl wieder selbst machen oder beim Lieblings Asiaten bestellen ;-). Vielleicht ist eine Zutat dabei, die ich nicht kenne und übersehen habe, aber wir beide werden leider keine Freunde.
