: Review date:Unfortunately, the taste is nowhere near that of the curry paste I have used so far - one of my few non-organic products - and will probably continue to use. The consistency is too liquid for me and the salt content is much too high. This results in too little flavour and spiciness, while the dish is already salted enough. Of course you can add more spice, but I would prefer more steam in the curry paste and I could add more salt with (no-)fish sauce if necessary.
Kommt leider geschmacklich bei weitem nicht an die Currypaste heran, die ich bis jetzt verwendet habe - eines meiner wenigen Nicht-Bio-Produkte - und wohl auch weiter verwenden werde. Die Konsistenz ist mir zu flüssig und vor allem der Salzgehalt viel zu hoch. Damit ergibt sich zu wenig Geschmack und Schärfe, während das Gericht aber schon genug gesalzen ist. Klar kann man nachschärfen, lieber wäre mir aber mehr „Dampf“ in der Currypaste und nachsalzen könnte ich dann bei Bedarf mit (No-)Fischsauce.

Eine leckere Sache! Schmeckt wirklich klasse, fruchtig, nicht zu scharf, ein eher mildes Curry. Und bei Paste erwartet man ja eher etwas festes, was die Konsistenz betrifft. Aber diese hier ist sehr angenehm, nicht zu fest wie jene as dem Asia-Shop um die Ecke.
