Sanatura Flosaplant. Bio Flosaplant contains psyllium husks from the Plantago ovata plant. They contain soluble dietary fiber, which has a high swelling capacity. As a further valuable source of roughage, Bio Flosaplant contains largely natural golden linseed (not de-oiled), which is gently ground to improve its swelling capacity. Golden flaxseed is known for its mucus-forming fiber content. The acacia fibers additionally incorporated into Bio Flosaplant are obtained from the milky sap of the acacia trees, which is air-dried and then ground. Acacia fiber contains at least 80% soluble fiber.

Pour 1 slightly heaped tablespoon (10g each) of Bio Flosaplant into 200ml of still water or orange juice twice a day before or after a meal. Stir and drink. It is best to drink another glass of liquid afterwards.
Bio Flosaplant is also suitable for long-term use. The daily amount can then be reduced to 1 slightly heaped tablespoon (10g).
