Stir 2 x daily 1 teaspoon (3 g) Flosapur with plenty of liquid (about 200 ml) such as water or juice and drink. Best drink another glass of liquid afterwards. 2 teaspoons (about 6 g) Indian psyllium husks cover approximately 17% * of the recommended daily intake of fiber.

: Review date:The psyllium husks are very fine and taste really good, I also tolerate them very well. Unfortunately, they are not organically grown, so we won't be buying them any more to be on the safe side. Unfortunately, I had overlooked this when ordering.
Die Flohsamenschalen sind sehr fein und schmecken richtig gut, ich vertrage sie auch sehr gut. Leider wohl nicht aus biologischem Anbau, deswegen werden wir sie vorsichtshalber nicht mehr kaufen. Hatte ich bei der Bestellung leider übersehen.
