Sanatura Flosalin contains valuable vegetable fiber from psyllium husks and inulin. Psyllium seed husks are seeh husks from the plant Plantago ovata. They contain soluble fibers which have a large swelling capacity. This increases gently the volume of the stool and supports the natural intestinal motility. Inulin is a natural and slightly sweet-tasting fiber from the chicory root. Like all fibers it cannot be digested enzymatically in the intestine, but is metabolised by the bacteria of the intestinal flora.

Give one tablespoon Flosalin (each about 10 g) in a glass and pour in 200 ml of still water or orange juice before or during a meal 2 x daily. Stir and drink immediately. Best drink another glass of liquid afterwards.

Since Flosalin binds fluid in the intestinal, should drink at least 1.5 - 2 liters of liquid throughout the day. A consumption for at least 7 days is recommended.
Flosalin is suitable for long-term use.

This product is worth the money. It really helps my slowed-down digestion to get going again. And there is no trace of constipation any more. It dissolves well, I stir it into juice and always drink a glass of water afterwards.

Dieses Produkt ist sein Geld wert. Es hilft meiner verlangsamten Verdauung regelrecht wieder auf die Sprünge. Und von Verstopfung auch keine Spur mehr. Löst sich gut auf, ich rühre es in Saft ein und trinke hinterher immer noch ein Glas Wasser.
