These capsules are very good for me. You could also get the fatty acids in other ways, whether nuts or oils, but with these capsules it is quite practical. And if you don't tolerate fish oil, for example, these capsules are a good alternative.

Diese Kapseln bekommen mir sehr gut. Man könnte sich die Fettsäuren auch anders zuführen, egal ob Nüsse oder Öle, doch mit diesen Kapseln ist es recht praktisch. Und wer z. B. kein Fischöl verträgt, so sind diese Kapseln eine gute Alternative.
